  • Culture measurement using bespoke AI-algorithms that analyse unstructured textual data (e.g. employee feedback, complaints) to measure norms and behaviours, and generate qualitative insight on cultural strengths, areas for development
  • Benchmarking companies using unobtrusive indicators of culture that allow for industry comparisons and the identification of best-practice and potential risk
  • Running and analysing culture surveys, with these being augmented by focus groups and interviews that generate insights and potential development
  • Designing and/or assessing culture interventions, and validating new methods for assessing workforce behaviour
