Our goal is to provide employees, leaders, and organisations with the theoretical and practical insights needed for building resilient and healthy cultures that can deliver excellent outcomes

Postgraduate teaching

We offer MSc-level teaching, dissertation supervision, and PhD supervision to students at the LSE’s Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science. We teach postgraduate courses on organisational culture and communication, and provide methodological training.

Executive education

We offer an executive one week masterclass on “Leading Organisational Culture” at the LSE. The course is targeted at those in leadership positions or responsibility for managing culture in organisations, and provides state-of-the-art knowledge and tools for understanding and improving organisational culture.

Industry engagement

We deliver bespoke workshops, seminars, training materials, and podcasts on organisational culture. These are tailored to the audience and type of engagement (e.g., executives, employees, regulators), and provide insights on particular aspects of culture, for instance leadership or speaking-up, alongside advise on solutions for creating culture improvement.
